Hi, I’m Ilona 👋
Animals have been a part of my life and work for nearly 20 years.
Over that time, I’ve gained experience across the pet industry and learned how important patience, understanding and trust are when caring for someone’s beloved companion.
At home I share my life with two dogs, two cats, and one step-dog, and they all coexist peacefully together. Living with different animals and personalities every day has helped me develop a calm, flexible approach to working with pets of all temperaments.
Clip & Chill was created to offer a calmer, more personal grooming experience.
Many pets find busy salons overwhelming, and even grooming vans can feel stressful for some. By working in your home, I’m able to create a quieter, more familiar environment where your companion can feel safer and more relaxed.
For many owners it’s simply more convenient. This can work especially well for people who work from home, have busy schedules, or find busy public places overwhelming themselves.
I also understand that it’s not just animals who can feel anxious, sometimes owners do too.
Leaving a beloved pet with someone new can be a big step. That’s why I focus on building trust, working gently, and making every visit as calm and positive as possible.
Every pet is different, and I take the time to work at their pace, paying close attention to how they feel throughout the process.
My goal is simple: a tidy coat, a comfortable experience, and a happy, relaxed companion at the end of every visit.
If you have multiple dogs, they can comfortably wait their turn in their own familiar surroundings, which is often much nicer than waiting in a busy salon.
I also offer discounts for multiple dogs groomed during the same visit.
Before each appointment, I’ll check the available space for grooming via WhatsApp or email, just to make sure everything will work comfortably in your home.
After the groom, I always clean the area, leaving things as tidy as I found it so no need to worry about the additional chores!
